Once one of the first hotels in the city, a traditional building just a few steps from Stephansplatz - in future a hidden hideaway that is second to none, embedded in the lively rhythm of the city.

A branding that combines the duality of historic walls and modern hospitality.
The Schiehser Hotels Group was looking for a brand concept that would emphasize the sophisticated character of the hotel and the inner courtyard as a central element, and position the hotel beyond the mainstream but in the middle of the action. The new brand was to bring peace and privacy to life and promise guests an individual experience.


Inspired by the building's striking barrel vaults, the logo combines historical architecture with modern design.
The architectural elements symbolize the balance between tradition and contemporary lightness. Supported by the color palette of ivy, leopard rose and champagne, the visual branding conveys a calm but exclusive atmosphere. These values were also transferred to the verbal branding.
